10 adorable photos of quokkas, the happiest animals in the world!

The happiest animal in the world is found in Australia. The quokka is a small marsupial that looks like a little ball of fur. The best thing about them is that they are constantly smiling! Photogenic, huh?!

Little known in Europe, this animal lives only in Western Australia, more precisely in the islands of Rottnest and Bald. These little creatures are known for their curious nature. Having very few natural predators, they are not very fearful of other creatures -therefore they are fairly easy to approach. However, they are currently classed as a ‘vulnerable’ species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). While you are waiting for the day you will be able to give one a hug, we have selected a few of the funniest and cutest photos for you.
